BSBI Paris students receive “Leadership Skills for Specialists” Certification

From 5th to 9th June 2023, students from the Berlin School of Business and Innovation – Paris Campus completed the Leadership Skills for Specialists Certification at IC University of Applied Sciences – Amsterdam. Guided by Professors Erik Schmit and Eric Jan Doorenbosch, the programme took inspiration from Stephen Covey’s book ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People.’ The programme explored leadership and management theory, focusing on the challenges of transitioning from specialists to leaders.

Through interactive activities and morning lectures, students gained deeper insights into their personalities, priorities, and goals, enabling them to develop their own mission statements. They also had the opportunity to visit local industries, museums, and participate in a boxing clinic which focused on coordination and synergy. The programme concluded with a memorable boat tour, fostering reflection and connection.
