Taylan Efe Tas

(President of Postgraduate courses)

Taylan Efe Tas, a Global MBA student from the February 2023 intake, is now at the helm as the President of Postgraduate Courses at BSBI. With a background in event and social media management, Taylan brings creativity and experience to his role. Hailing from Turkey, Taylan arrived in Berlin eight years ago and understands the needs of international students. His vision is to create a welcoming campus environment by organizing engaging activities and clubs, focusing on enriching both education and daily life. Taylan’s guiding philosophy is embracing diversity. He believes that BSBI’s strength lies in its multicultural community, where everyone can be themselves without judgment.

Sukhpreetkaur Kochar

(President of Undergraduate courses)

Sukhpreetkaur is studying BSc (Hons) International Business and Management programme at BSBI. She was elected by the student council as President of Undergraduate courses in January 2023. She is a writer with five publishers and a Lakme-certified make-up artist. She said: “I am passionate about organising and managing operations and events, which should explain my interest in the role of a Student Council President. I intend to be a supportive figure that represents the students and present their opinions, ideas and concerns to the rest of the Student Services Team forming a single unit of operation.”
