Tuğçe Saka earned her BA degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University, Turkey. Upon completing her studies, she worked for 15 years in marketing and strategy management positions in the finance industry before deciding to pursue an academic path.

Tuğçe Saka earned her BA degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University, Turkey. Upon completing her studies, she worked for 15 years in marketing and strategy management positions in the finance industry before deciding to pursue an academic path. Recently, she completed her MSc in Business Research from the University of Barcelona Business School and continues her PhD candidacy in the same discipline. Her research interests include strategic decision-making in entrepreneurship and innovation. Currently, her work focuses on digital transformation and dynamic capabilities in the sharing economy.
