Are you receiving many application rejections from employers? Do you often feel like your application isn’t even read before a decision is made? This workshop focuses on the advanced application strategies that will bring your application to the interview stage.

This is not a basic or intermediary workshop focused on how to apply for jobs. It will focus on the hiring process from the employer’s perspective and highlight different hiring channels that you may not be aware are possible. After identifying these channels, we will provide advanced tips and tricks to increase your chances to land the interview.

• ATS and how it works
• Speculative Application
• Email Address Hunting
• Overview on Inmails in LinkedIn
• What to include in messages to recruiters and hiring managers
• Advanced strategies for your Portfolio (Creative Professions) 

In this workshop, you will learn that there is more than one way to apply for a position. Identifying the most effective funnel to apply for a position can significantly increase your response rate from recruiters and hiring managers.
