The robotic project “BOTSBI,” is a manifestation of BSBI's commitment to creativity and innovation.
BOTSBI will be a powerful tool that can benefit a wide range of our students and faculty members across various scientific fields. The robot is being programmed in Python and is operationally controlled by UNIX-based systems in order to be able to deliver scientific presentations and demonstrations of educational concepts. BOTSBI is going to use its natural and expressive movements to enhance the delivery of knowledge. In addition, it will be used as an artificial conversational agent. The main purpose is to assist our students by leveraging its vast knowledge base.

The authors encourage a proactive approach to manage the impact of AI-powered/based automation on society and ensuring that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
The article shares the benefits of AI in the industrialisation of automation as follows:
- Effective Data Visualisation and Analysis
- Problem Prediction and Identification
- Quality Control Improvement
- Safety Enhancement
- Flexibility increasement
- Cost Saving
- Decision-Making Improvement
The article delves into the profound importance of ‘concepts’ within the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and sheds light on the intricate process through which artificial agents construct these concepts to effectively interact with the world (by means of their ‘conceptions’). The relationship between the concepts constructed or trained by artificial agents and their corresponding linguistic expressions (that form their conceptions) is explored, introducing a philosophical stance known as “nominal conceptualism.” Nominal conceptualism emphasises the inherent connection between the concepts formed by artificial agents and the way they are expressed through language

This study focuses on the role of transformational leadership and organisational change in promoting digital transformation in the business sector. It argues that transformational leadership is more effective and efficient than transactional leadership to deal with digital transformation challenges. The study adopts a case study approach, focusing on DEOCA Group, the largest company in Vietnam's transport infrastructure development.
The findings provide valuable insights and recommendations for other leading companies in Vietnam facing similar organisational culture changes as well as the whole organisational changes by leadership transformation when dealing with digital transformation challenges.
The paper examines Vietnam's model of market socialism and aims to fill the gap in the existing literature by analysing the challenges facing this development model. The paper argues that while Vietnam's market socialism emerged as a response to the failure of classical socialism, it lacks a theoretical basis, which threatens its sustainability.
The paper emphasises the need for alternative models such as the social market model to address Vietnam's development model crisis.
Abstract: International Relations and Global Politics: Germany's Cultural Diplomacy: A Political-Logical Case Study of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in Vietnam
By Dr. Nguyen Manh Cuong and Dr. Farshad Badie
The trend of cultural diplomacy extends beyond the jurisdiction of the state and encompasses the promotion of "national culture" and interactive international cultural exchange, particularly the functions of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) financed by the government, the paper selects the case study of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) as a non-government organisation where the German government finances FES to accomplish some missions of the foreign policies of Germany to have global influence in Vietnam and other countries.
The paper proposes that FES needs to restructure its strategies to partner with civil society sector, rather than only VCP and its partners to strengthen German soft and smart power in Vietnam.
The recently held International Conference on Artificial Intelligence also showcased the depth of the Faculty & Research team of BSBI.
