BSBI Sponsors Colombian Students to Study English

On Wednesday, 8 May, Berlin School of Business and Innovation announced its partnership with Fundación Dominic, a foundation established by German influencer Dominic Fabian Wolf, to sponsor 10 students from the San Jose de la Salle Educational Institution in Colombia to study English at Ingles para Todos Academy.

Recognising the transformative power of education, BSBI’s sponsorship initiative is part of its broader community outreach programme, “BSBI for the Community”. By sponsoring English language education for students with limited resources, BSBI aims to break barriers and create opportunities for all.

Sagi Hartov, CEO of GUS Germany GmbH, said, “Sponsoring students from the San Jose de la Salle Educational Institution in Colombia to study English at Ingles para Todos academy exemplifies BSBI’s unwavering dedication to education and community development. I am proud to see BSBI creating opportunities for growth and success, reinforcing our commitment to making a positive impact worldwide.”

Dominic Wolf, a successful entrepreneur based in Bucaramanga, Colombia, aims to enhance the quality of life in underserved communities through strategic partnerships and initiatives. He shared, “We are grateful for the sponsorship that BSBI has given to Colombian students who have the initiative to learn a new language but don’t have the resources to do it. This initiative will help to open more doors for them and enhance their skills set for their future careers.”

Emiliano Ortiz Casallas, Rector of the San Jose de la Salle Educational Institution, extended appreciation and added, “Thank you, BSBI, for sponsoring our students. We hope to continue working with the school to create more opportunities for this new generation.”

The English course, provided by Ingles para Todos, will offer academic material, diagnostic exams for high school students, a 24/7 academic platform, and certification by the Ministry of Education. The curriculum focuses on achieving a B1 level proficiency in English.
