BSBI welcomes new international students in our Paris campus

The Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) Paris campus welcomed 64 new students on 18 March 2024. Students came from various countries around the world, including the Philippines, Pakistan, and India.

The student council, in cooperation with the student services team in Paris, played a key role in ensuring the orientation was both enjoyable and informative. Engaging activities were held to foster interaction and help the newcomers make friends.

In addition to the activities, the student council organised a special tour of Paris, providing the new students with a captivating glimpse into the city’s rich culture and heritage. This served as a wonderful introduction to their new home away from home.

Fahad Yoosuf, BSc (Hons) International Business and Management student, shared:I went to the campus orientation and I absolutely loved it! It was such a great experience because I learned a lot about what to do first as an international student in France. I also made a bunch of new friends. We had a blast that day and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest.”

Mohamed Nazal Nazeer, MA Tourism Hospitality and Event management student, expressed: “The BSBI team welcomed me in a warm and informative way. They introduced the campus, rules, and everything regarding academics. They also entertained students with various activities like a quiz about France and various games. It was a great experience.”

Owen Dedenys, Student Welfare Officer at BSBI Paris Campus, shared his thoughts, stating: “This recent orientation was particularly memorable because of the great number of students and their energy, despite many of them undergoing religious fasting. We had amasing activities and volunteers who facilitated and tested both the students’ reflexes and their knowledge about Paris. Students showed great interest, and many of them joined the small tour of central Paris together with members of the student council.”

.

We warmly welcome these new students and wish them every success in their academic journey at BSBI. This orientation not only provided a warm welcome but also set the stage for a collaborative and dynamic academic year ahead, reflecting BSBI’s commitment to delivering a world-class education in a welcoming and engaging environment.
