A Thriving Global Community

At Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI), we foster a vibrant community of learners that extends far beyond the classroom. As of 30th January 2025, we are proud to connect 11.400 individuals from 4.000 alumni and 7.400 current students across an impressive 114 nationalities.

Our diverse student body brings a wealth of perspectives and experiences to BSBI, enriching the learning environment for everyone. The average age of our students is 28 years old, with 76% pursuing postgraduate studies and 24% enrolled in undergraduate programs.

Graduate Outcome Survey 2022

The employability of graduates remains a pivotal criterion upon which study candidates choose their higher education institution and it is one of the most important benchmarks against which HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) are assessed in university rankings and by external assessment bodies.

Between 12^th August and 18^th September 2022, Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) conducted an employability survey of a cohort of 750 alumni who had graduated from the school in the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 and up to that point.

An impressive selection of companies, ranging from SMEs, MMEs to large and well-established multinationals were named in the survey as current employers for the many BSBI graduates.

As part of BSBI alumni network, you will be joining a group of graduates and professionals from all over the world, available to offer you support and guidance when you need it. You retain access to Career Services for up to 12 months after graduation and can book individual appointments with a career advisor, attend campus career events, or continue to browse job placement opportunities on the BSBI JobTeaser platform.

If you are a graduate holding full undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications, you are entitled to a tuition fee discount.

Get-together/Reunion

On Tuesday 23 July 2024, BSBI hosted its first alumni event at a local establishment. Graduates from various years and programmes came together to reconnect, network and share their academic and professional journeys with each other. It also served as an opportunity to celebrate recent alumni who graduated from the ceremony that morning. As BSBI continues to grow, the need to develop a strong alumni network becomes even more important.

This event was the first in a series of upcoming alumni events aimed at engaging BSBI alumni and continuing to support students after their studies have completed. In addition to alumni events, BSBI further commits to supporting graduates by providing various benefits and opportunities that can help them through the next steps of their career.
